Ashram Sacred Tour – Intro to Sivananda Yoga

Registration opens at 2:00pm, the guided walking tour of the ashram grounds and temples runs 2:30 to 3:30pm, and an asana and pranayama class follows from 4:00 to 6:00pm.

An organic vegetarian buffet dinner is served at 6:00pm, with an optional satsang of meditation, chanting and a talk from 7:30 to 9:00pm.
