Group Reiki Sound Bath

Reiki is a form of energy healing originating in Japan, in which energy is directed by a practitioner to areas of injury, pain or discomfort. Everyone lies down comfortably and each person receives reiki for a set period while the rest continue to rest.

The session is supported by sound and frequency to deepen the relaxation. It runs in The Well at Generations and is limited to nine spaces.
