Hard Boiled

The Onyx Downtown screens the second of its two restored John Woo titles at the Nevada Theatre. Chow Yun-Fat plays a Hong Kong cop working to bring down a triad boss who controls the illegal gun trade, with Tony Leung as an assassin planted inside the syndicate.

The film runs 144 minutes and is in Cantonese with English subtitles. Screenings at the Nevada Theatre carry no age restriction, though not every film is suited to children.
