Sound Bath with Kaci Tansey

Kaci’s sound bath offering is an extension of her yoga practice, creating space for deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and introspection. Each session invites participants to slow down, soften, and reconnect from within.

Using crystal singing bowls, shruti box, vocal toning, mantra, and rhythmic elements like the medicine drum—often alongside guest musicians—she creates layered, meditative soundscapes.
